Submit an official transcript to the Student Records office. Official transcripts can be sent electronically from an accredited institution toΒ records@otech.eduΒ or by mail in a sealed envelope. Additionally, students may deliver transcripts to the Student Records office if the transcripts are in their sealed envelope.
